I have been a Job Developer for the Wesley Employment Services for just over three weeks. My goal is to establish relationships with employers who can potentially provide jobs for our clients. Wesley Employment Services helps job seekers, who have fallen on hard financial times, find jobs. The Case Managers and Job Developer work together by helping prepare the job seeker for employment and then make the initial connection with the employer.
