Adrenal Exhaustion and Laughter Yoga

The adrenal glands are small glands, located over the kidneys. Their job is to release many different hormones necessary for body functions. Two major hormones produced by the adrenal glands are adrenaline and cortisol, stress hormones that work with other hormones the glands produce. Laughter Yoga with my youngest recruit, my granddaughter

I led my third Laughter Yoga session at a retirement home today. My 5 year old granddaughter who is off due to March break came with me. She was truly an inspiration and funny. She laughed with a heart filled with love and compassion. Walk – Don’t Run

The other day I was out for my usual walk by the lake. It was a beautiful day, the sky was blue, not a cloud in site, the temperature was about 5C.
